Public hearing

Public hearing will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will proceed until all testimony is submitted or 12:00 p.m., whichever is later. The link to participate in the public hearing will be available before 9 a.m. on the day of the hearing.
