The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) has executed a new contract with Metrc for track and trace software and services. DCC is required by state law to establish and maintain a track-and-trace system.

The new contract went into effect on July 1, 2024 for a four year term with a state option to extend for up to two additional years.
