If you cannot meet a regulatory rule due to a declared disaster, you can request disaster relief. Disaster relief is a temporary waiver of a regulatory rule. Qualified disasters are a State of Emergency declared by the Governor or a local emergency declared by the city or county. You can use this form to request temporary relief from a regulation and, if applicable, to notify us you have moved your product as the result of immediate threat related to a qualified disaster.

Required information for large and medium cultivation license conversion requests

Starting January 1, 2023, an eligible licensee may convert active and previously active cultivation licenses into a Large (Type 5, 5A, or 5B) or Medium cultivation license. Additionally, a licensee may hold more than one Medium cultivation license.
