  • The Licensing of Commercial Cannabis in Mendocino County Project Environmental Impact Report

    The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Licensing of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation in Mendocino County Project (Project).

  • DCC Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2021-22

    Business and Professions Code section 26190 established annual reporting requirements for the Department of Cannabis Control (Department). Beginning March 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, the Department must prepare and submit to the Legislature an annual report on activities within the Department for the prior fiscal year.

  • The Hemp Report

    Business and Professions Code section 26013.2 requires the Department of Cannabis Control (Department) to prepare a report outlining the steps necessary to incorporate hemp into the commercial cannabis supply chain. As detailed in this report, the inclusion of hemp into the commercial cannabis supply chain is a complex undertaking that requires careful consideration of significant policy questions.

  • DCC Consolidation Supplemental Budget Report: Fiscal Year 2021-22

    Pursuant to the 2021-22 Budget Act, under the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Item 1115-001-3288, on or after October 1, 2022, the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) shall submit to the fiscal, budget, and relevant policy committees of the Legislature and the Legislative Analyst’s Office and post the report on its website.
