Application checklist: other license types

Review application review guidance for specific license types below. For information that applies to all license types, review the Annual License Application Checklist.

Distributors

Have the following documents ready in case they are requested during the application review process

• Standard operating procedures (Form DCC-LIC-019)
• Proof of insurance as defined in section 15308
• Transport vehicle information as defined by section 15312

Retailers

Have the following documents ready in case they are requested during the application review process:

• Standard operating procedures (Form DCC-LIC-019)
• Delivery employee information as defined by section 15415
• Delivery vehicle information as defined by section 15417

Cannabis event organizers

Input the following information:

• Number of temporary events the applicant will hold during the 12-month license period

Note: A cannabis event organizer license shall not be required to comply with subsections (c)(5), (c)(17), (c)(20), (c)(21), (c)(22), (c)(24), (c)(25), and (c)(26) of 15002.

Testing laboratories:

Upload the following documents:

• Certificate(s) of accreditation as defined by sections 15701 and 15702, or the information required for an interim license as defined by section 15703.
• Method validation reports for specified testing methods
• Sampling – Standard Operating Procedures (Form DCC-LIC-021)
• Sample Preparation – Standard Operating Procedures (Form DCC-LIC-022)
• Test Methods – Standard Operating Procedures (Form DCC-LIC-023)
