This webpage serves as a comprehensive guide to navigating the review and submission process for your science amendment request. It details the final review opportunity and how to make necessary revisions to strengthen your submission. Additionally, it provides essential information on checking your science amendment status, ensuring you stay informed throughout the process.
Review
Next is the “Review” section where your responses are listed. Here, you can make edits to any previous section of your Science Amendment.
If needed, select Edit to make changes. You will be redirected to the selected section. Click Continue to return to the Review page.
At the bottom of the Review screen, select the checkbox indicating that you agree to the above certification statement.
Select Continue Application to submit your Science Amendment.
Submission
The next screen is a notice that your Science Amendment was submitted.
Note the Science Amendment number at the bottom.
If there is any missing information in your Science Amendment, you will receive a deficiency notice via email from the DCC licensing staff.
To check the progress of your Science Amendment’s review process, select the record number (CCLYY-#######-SA##) in your Licenses list, select the Record Info dropdown, and choose Processing Status.
Note: You will receive an email from the DCC with instructions on how to view your Science Amendment record if/when it is approved. You can also print your new license certificate if necessary.
