Use the information on this page to identify the appropriate nonmanufactured item category for final form cannabis goods in the track and trace system.
Nonmanufactured item categories should be used for bulk flower, bulk shake and cannabis goods that contain only cannabis, leaf, pre-roll filter tips or paper. Categories appropriate for kief, infused flower and infused pre-rolls can be found in the Manufactured item categories section.
Not all item categories will be available to all users. Only categories applicable to your license type will be displayed and available for selection within the track and trace system.

Flower categories
Flower can be packaged and transferred in bulk or packaged and labeled as it would be sold at retail. Select the item category that best describes your cannabis goods and the corresponding unit size if applicable.
Flower
Bulk flower or unpacked harvest batch flower that will be packaged or sold as flower only.
Flower (packaged gram – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in 1-gram quantities.
Flower (packaged eighth – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in 1/8-ounce quantities.
Flower (packaged quarter – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in 1/4-ounce quantities.
Flower (packaged half ounce – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in 1/2-ounce quantities.
Flower (packaged ounce – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in 1-ounce quantities.
Flower (packaged – each)
Final form flower individually packaged in quantities not falling under other categories.
Shake categories
Shake means cannabis that is not exclusively leaf or flower. Shake can be packaged and transferred in bulk or packaged and labeled as it would be sold at retail. Select the category that best describes your shake product and the corresponding unit size if applicable.

Pre-roll categories
Pre-roll means any combination of the following rolled in paper: flower, shake, leaf or kief that is obtained from accumulation in containers or sifted from loose, dry cannabis flower or leaf with a mesh screen or sieve. Pre-rolls must be rolled, packaged and labeled before regulatory compliance testing.
Non-infused pre-roll
Final form pre-rolls made from flower, shake, leaf or kief.
