Temporary cannabis events: Premises diagram

A Cannabis Event Organizer must submit a diagram of the physical layout of the temporary cannabis event. The diagram must include the following:

  • Hours of when cannabis goods will be sold.
  • All entrances and exits that will be used by participant during the event.
  • Where the temporary cannabis event will be taking place on the location grounds.
  • All cannabis consumption areas.
  • All areas where cannabis and cannabis products will be sold or displayed.
  • All areas where cannabis goods and waste will be stored.
  • The location of each cannabis licensee and non-cannabis vendor who will be participating at the event. Each participant must be identified with a specific location number on the diagram.
  • The designated limited-access area(s) that can only be accessed by the cannabis event organizer and DCC representatives.
